Challenge

Track body pose accurately from standard camera feeds with low enough latency for live coaching feedback, across varied lighting and body positions.

Solution

We built a MediaPipe-based detection pipeline with smoothing, keypoint normalization, and rule-based form checks suitable for integration into a coaching product.

Result

Reliable pose landmarks and coaching signals in test sessions. Add accuracy/latency benchmarks when validated.
